| With the acceleration of development,communities have become a major part of society,not only the main venue for people’s daily life and activities,but also an important channel for urban governance.The absence of autonomy in community neighborhood committees,coupled with the interests and conflicts of people,has had a detrimental effect on the flourishing,stable,and harmonious growth of urban areas in the modern age.Our government,with its emphasis on economic growth and reform,has neglected the significance of community governance,resulting in the long-term stagnation of urban community governance.With the arrival of the new era,citizens’ demand for the management level of the whole society is also increasing.A shared worry among all walks of life is how to create a secure,uniform,and harmonious community atmosphere with Chinese traits to satisfy the requirements of its inhabitants.In recent times,the construction of western countries has been greatly impacted by community governance,and our government and all aspects of life have been increasingly attentive to this area.The whole people can take part in community management through the effective practice of community governance,and it is a key factor in creating a secure,harmonious,and distinctive community.It can effectively improve the comprehensive quality of community residents,thus playing an important practical significance.Zaozhuang L Street is located in the old urban area,with 8 urban communities,covering various types of residential areas such as old residential areas and new residential areas.Consequently,Zaozhuang L Street was chosen as the research object due to its pioneering research and practice of community governance in the context of global and local economic and social management,uniting the actuality of economic and social progress with pertinent successful experience.Zaozhuang L Street has,in recent times,continually advanced and innovated the community management system to better serve social growth and foster social harmony and steadiness.Constantly,we strive to foster the growth of urban community construction in the modern age by instituting a flawless communal gathering and mass position system,fostering a powerful communal cultural atmosphere,instituting a varied community governance system,and furnishing adequate financial aid.This paper seeks to delve deeply into the current state and primary issues of the urban community of L Street in Zaozhuang City,and to propose effective solutions from functional transformation,meeting system,funding sources,staffing,and other aspects.To accomplish this,literature,interviews,research,and the pertinent theories of urban community will be employed,all with the aim of enhancing the community.In order to promote the development of urban Community Governance,five optimization measures are proposed for Community Governance of L Street in Zaozhuang City: increase the participation of experts and scholars,and strive to provide scientific guidance for Community Governance;Accelerate the transformation of service-oriented government functions and expand the service space for social organizations to participate in Community Governance;Integrate the scattered consultation and deliberation system,and build a mechanism for multiple subjects to jointly participate in Community Governance;Expand the channels of community funding sources,build a "smart community" to enhance the modernization of governance;Pay attention to the construction of social work teams and increase the reserve of professional talents.In order to achieve better governance results.This paper aims to provide useful guidance and reference for the urban Community Governance of L Street in Zaozhuang City and other regions in the country to promote its development and improvement. |
