Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Intelligent Logistics Management Of Organs

Based on the theory of digital governance,collaborative governance theory and other related theories,this thesis takes the restaurant of A agency in S province as the research object,and conducts a field survey on the actual operation,specific consumption and service satisfaction of the restaurant after intelligent empowerment.The study found that intelligent empowerment has achieved the goal of reducing food waste,reducing management costs and improving management efficiency to a certain extent,and has built a direct communication bridge among diners,restaurant operators and supervisors.However,after the intelligent empowerment of government restaurants,there are still management pain points such as difficulty in meeting personalized needs,high operating costs,and lack of in-depth supervision process.The reason is that some units are still relatively backward in ideology and lack of attention to the command and logistics of organs;the process of wisdom is slow,and new technologies have not been applied;the construction of high-tech talent team is still in its infancy,lack of relevant professionals;the newly built management model failed to establish a matching system;the construction of information security protection lags behind the process of intelligent logistics construction.In view of the above reasons,this thesis puts forward targeted measures and suggestions by analyzing the intelligent process of A government restaurant : first,increase the integration of resources and accelerate the construction of a comprehensive management platform;secondly,we should increase technical support,encourage the government affairs departments to cooperate with social forces in depth,and realize the personalized service of the intelligent logistics of the organs in the new era.Speed up the gradient construction of the talent team again,work hard on selecting,employing and training people,and build an information talent team with high political quality,excellent technology and innovation at an early date;then speed up the construction of relevant laws and institutional norms,consolidate the cornerstone of protection,so that people who really want to do things dare to do things,will do things;finally,clarify the boundaries of power and responsibility,introduce third-party supervision,and accelerate the establishment of a more efficient regulatory system.
