Research On Typical Publicity Of Rent And Interest Reduction Campaign In Shanxi-gansu-ningxia Border Region

The rent and interest reduction policy,as a policy to regulate the mutual interests and relationships between the opposing classes of farmers and landlords,requires landlords to reduce rent and interest,reduce exploitation of farmers,improve their lives,and mobilize their production enthusiasm;On the other hand,it also requires farmers to pay rent and interest to landlords,take care of their interests,safeguard their rights,and strive to unite the landlord class in rural areas.In the 1940 s,the Liberation Daily in Yan’an extensively reported on the relevant situation of the rent and interest reduction movement,especially the typical cases that emerged from vigorously promoting the rent and interest reduction movement.These typical reports have stimulated the enthusiasm of the masses to participate in rent reduction and production mobilization,eliminated the fear of farmers towards landlords,and also accumulated historical experience of typical propaganda,expanded the influence of party newspapers,and deepened the political identification of the masses with the Communist Party of China.Taking Jiefang Daily in Yan’an as the carrier,this paper discusses the typical background of the Jiefang Daily’s propaganda and coverage of the border area rent and interest reduction movement.It is mainly elaborated from three aspects: the ineffective implementation of the early policy of rent reduction in the border area,the change of the focus of the Jiefang Daily report,and the CPC’s emphasis on the typical publicity of the rent and interest reduction movement.According to the content and type of typical reports,the typical reports of rent and interest reduction in Jiefang Daily can be divided into three stages,namely,the typical reports of a single individual from 1941 to 1942;Diversified reports on typical types from 1943 to 1944;From 1945 to 1947,the negative typical concentrated report.This paper introduces the typical types of the border area rent and interest reduction movement reported by Jiefang Daily,sums up and expounds the typical narrative strategies of the border area rent and interest reduction movement publicized and reported by Jiefang Daily,and sums up the typical historical role and practical enlightenment of the border area rent and interest reduction movement publicized and reported by Jiefang Daily.The article systematically analyzes the typical publicity of the rent and interest reduction movement in the Shaan-Gan-Ning Border Region from five parts.On the whole,both the content characteristics and the language style of the report fit the era background of the border region at that time,enriching the image of typical characters.Taking Liberation Daily as the analysis object,in-depth analysis of the typical image in the rent reduction movement has not only improved the public’s sense of social participation,accumulated historical experience in typical propaganda,but also has important practical significance for the CPC to make full use of mainstream media to deepen the political identity of the masses,improve the public’s sense of social participation,and establish a long-term mechanism for typical propaganda.
