| In recent years,the state has vigorously promoted "Internet + government services" as a pragmatic measure to promote the modernization of the national governance system and governance capabilities.The construction and opening of various government service platforms means that online government services are a public policy,and their supply side means that government departments have completed the provision of services.How this policy can smoothly reach the demand side,that is,the masses of enterprises,so that the masses of enterprises can fully know and understand the functions of the platform,and better apply the platform will directly determine the implementation effect of public policies.This paper takes the Jilin "Internet + Public Security" comprehensive service platform,which is an earlier and more mature platform in China,as the research object.From the perspective of public policy communication,based on Laswell’s "5W" theory,using literature analysis,case studies,questionnaires,participatory observation and other methods,to study the current situation of the publicity and promotion mechanism of Jilin’s "Internet + Public Security" comprehensive service platform,find specific problems in the publicity and promotion of Jilin’s "Internet + Public Security" comprehensive service platform,analyze the reasons for the problems and put forward countermeasures and suggestions,hoping to contribute to the publicity and promotion of Jilin’s "Internet +Public Security" comprehensive service platform Optimize and improve.The research in this paper has certain theoretical and practical value.There is no research on the public service policy in the "Internet +" era,the "Internet + government service" platform.Therefore,this research is a supplement and expansion of related research.The practical value of the research is that in the "Internet +" era,"Internet +government service" has become the new normal,and the research results of Jilin’s "Internet + public security" comprehensive service platform can also be replicated and promoted on other platforms. |
