As the specific institution responsible for the implementation and implementation of the social security system and relevant policies,the social insurance agency’s management ability and service level are closely related to the vital interests of the insured.Social insurance agencies need to adapt to the current rapid economic and social development and improve the level of public service capacity construction of social insurance agencies.At present,China’s social insurance handling business has achieved leapfrog development.However,due to the different levels of social and economic development in different regions of China,the development of social insurance handling is also different,and the reasons for the impact on the construction of social insurance handling capacity are more complex.However,the current social insurance handling service system is not only deficient in system,organization,personnel and other issues,but also has great room for progress in the construction and application of information technology.The purpose of this study is to comprehensively analyze the current situation of public service capacity construction of social insurance agencies in S City.This paper introduces the social insurance agencies in S City from the aspects of institutional setup,staffing,service content,etc.,analyzes the current situation of public service in S City,and studies the problems in public service capacity construction of social insurance agencies in S City from multiple perspectives.It includes three aspects: policy continuity,information construction,cross-regional data circulation and staff allocation;At the same time,it also analyzes the causes of the problems one by one: laws and regulations and management system lag behind,the financial support of the information system is insufficient,and the construction of the handling team lags behind.Finally,put forward specific scientific and reasonable improvement strategies,and put forward more practical solutions from three aspects of policy,talent and operation: improve laws and regulations,optimize management system,and improve social security information construction;Promote crossdepartment and regional data sharing;Strengthen the construction of professional talent team,establish internal incentive and external supervision mechanism,and improve staff service awareness;Increase financial investment and speed up the construction of informatization and standardization.It is expected that through scientific theoretical research and practical investigation,the research results can be applied to daily work,aiming to truly solve the key and difficult problems in the management and service process of the agency,and finally achieve the goal of improving the management and service ability of the social insurance agency in S City,and help the development of units and individuals.
