Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Government Affairs Supervision Of J County Government

To implement the decisions and arrangements of the central and provincial party committees,we should not only do a good job in the layout,but also do a good job in supervision and inspection,so as to form a situation in which action is carried out earnestly and action is prohibited.If a good decision only does a good job of deployment,without strict enforcement,supervision and inspection,the decision will be meaningless and the policy will be difficult to implement.Government supervision is a kind of administrative supervision,which is the behavior of the supervision agency entrusted by the government to supervise and inspect the implementation of government decisions by the policy implementation department,in order to ensure the effective implementation of superior policies.Administrative supervision can find the deviation in the process of policy implementation in time,and provide scientific basis for the re-decision of government leaders and relevant working departments.It is an important way and means to promote the implementation of decisions,improve the work style,improve the efficiency,and ensure the smooth flow of government decrees.As the "terminal nerve" of the executive order,the grass-roots government plays an important role in promoting the implementation of the policies of the central and provincial Party committees.In recent years,with the continuous attention of the state to the supervision work,Chinese supervision work gradually mature,the basic establishment of the supervision institutions,the supervision system is relatively perfect,however,in the grass-roots government,affected by various factors,the supervision work is not significant,there are still many problems.At present,at home and abroad,there are few research results on the issue of county-level government supervision,the theory is scattered,lack of systematic,empirical investigation is less,more research focused on the provincial supervision departments to carry out large supervision.In this paper,J County government’s administrative supervision work is selected as the object of analysis and research,and a variety of methods such as literature analysis,questionnaire survey and interview are adopted to find out the existing problems of J County government’s administrative supervision work.The main aspects include the lack of authority of the supervision work,excessive supervision work,and the single way of supervision work.And through the theory of information asymmetry,principal-agent theory and other related theories to analyze the causes of the existing problems,combined with domestic and foreign research results,in connection with the actual work of J county supervision,finally put forward the optimization of grassroots government supervision work,such as improving the supervision institutions,enriching the inspection team,improving the supervision system,innovative the inspection methods,It provides referable ideas and improvement directions for the supervision work of grassroots governments,and is expected to be carried out in J County and even all over the country.
