Research On Marx’s Thought Of Labor Happiness

Happiness is an eternal topic of mankind.As the basic way of existence of human society,labor is the fundamental way for mankind to create a happy life.The development process of human society is the process in which human beings continue to confirm the nature of human beings in labor and then move towards free and comprehensive development.Human beings increase intelligence and create value in labor,and provide necessary conditions for the realization of labor happiness.Labor and happiness are the main theme of human activities and value pursuit,and also the core content of Marxist theoretical system.From the perspective of historical materialism,Marx profoundly pointed out the important role of labor in the creation of human beings and human society,and advocated that human beings confirm the nature of human beings in free and conscious labor activities,thus realizing the unity of labor and happiness.Based on the real life of human beings,Marx deeply analyzed the phenomenon of workers’ alienated labor under the capitalist production conditions by investigating the unhappy living conditions of the working class in the capitalist society,systematically expounded the theory of "alienated labor" from the four dimensions of production process,production results,human nature and human relations,exposed the corruption and cruelty of the capitalist system,and scientifically pointed out the feasible path for human beings to realize labor happiness.Marx has been thinking all his life in search of proletarian liberation and the happiness of all mankind.Marx believes that only by realizing labor liberation and making labor the "first need" of human beings,can human beings truly achieve free and comprehensive development.Under the conditions of capitalist private ownership,workers and their labor are alienated,and workers’ freedom and happiness are deprived.If we want to realize the happiness of labor,we must liberate people from the alienated labor state and make labor return to human nature.Marx summarized the objective laws of the development of human society and pointed out the way forward for human beings to realize labor happiness,that is,to jointly promote the labor liberation of all mankind and make labor happiness possible by liberating and developing social productivity,realizing the common possession of means of production and implementing the distribution of labor products according to work.At present,China is marching towards the realization of the second centenary goal on the new journey of building a socialist modern country in all respects.While fully affirming the breakthroughs and achievements made in the past,we should also see that there are still many problems to be solved in China’s development.Today,when material wealth is abundant,people’s sense of happiness is on the decline.People’s desire for material makes labor become a means of life rather than an end.People can’t feel the happiness experience brought by labor in labor.In addition,with the infiltration of western hedonism and money worship and other wrong ideas,labor and happiness of workers deviate.Marx’s thought of labor happiness provides scientific guidance for reviewing the plight of contemporary labor happiness and realizing human labor happiness.Its thought still has profound theoretical value and practical significance today.In the new era,under the guidance of Marx’s thought of labor happiness,we should guide workers to establish a correct concept of labor happiness,create a social fashion that respects labor and encourages creativity,and vigorously promote the construction of harmonious labor relations with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
