Research On The Governance Path Of Telecom Network Fraud Crime

Telecom network fraud crime seriously endangers the safety of people’s property and seriously destroys people’s sense of security,because the effectiveness of criminal governance affects the evaluation of national governance level,the research on the governance path of telecommunications network fraud is of great significance.Under the rapid development of new technologies,new applications and new business formats,telecommunications network fraud crimes are constantly changing,crimes are developing professionally and group-oriented,and the organizational division of labor tends to be refined and professionalized,which increases the difficulty of governance.At present,the governance of telecom network fraud crimes still faces many difficulties: first,traditional prevention and control methods cannot be effectively applied to the criminal governance of cyberspace;Second,it is difficult to collect evidence for telecommunications network fraud crimes;Third,there are many obstacles to international cooperation in telecommunications network fraud crimes;Fourth,the telecommunications network fraud crime prevention mechanism tends to be passive and rigid.On the one hand,the development of network technology has deepened the information gap,and on the other hand,there is a strong black and gray industry chain behind the telecom network fraud crime.To this end,it is necessary to govern according to law,source and comprehensive management,take the Anti-Telecommunications Network Fraud Law as the guide,adhere to the use of rule of law thinking and methods,focus on protecting citizens’ personal information,strengthen publicity and education on victim prevention,focus on telecommunications,finance,and the Internet,and grasp joint management,mass prevention and mass management,so as to achieve good governance results.
