| The "double reduction" policy is an important policy issued by the state for the compulsory education stage,especially for the middle and junior high school teaching,which puts forward new requirements for homework management.In accordance with the "double reduction" policy,local education departments and schools have strengthened the optimization and improvement of operation management.However,how to optimize junior high school operation management has theoretical basis and more practical cases for reference,which cannot be separated from the joint efforts of the education staff.Shanghai is a city of strong education,among which M District is a strong education district,the implementation experience and case analysis of M District.In this paper,observation method,case study method,interview method and other research methods are adopted to establish a refined operation management system through different theories.According to the four dimensions of system,content,evaluation and supervision,this paper systematically explores the existing problems,causes and optimization direction of the operation management of junior middle schools in M District of Shanghai under the background of "double reduction" policy.Through the research,it is found that the junior middle school operation management in M District of Shanghai has certain mature and advanced experience in the optimization of the operation system,the embodiment of the nine qualities in the operation process,the evaluation of the performance process and the evaluation of the result,the supervision of the government,the supervision of the school and the supervision of the society.But there are also many problems that need to be further solved.The problems of the operation system include the imperfect guidance of the district level and the imperfect operation management system of the school system.According to the operation system system,we should establish the operation management system cluster;Perfect rules;Strengthen the recognition of belonging to schools and education systems.The existing problems of the content and amount of work include the form of work is too old,the work is not scientific,the amount of work has problems,etc.Teachers’ energy is limited,teachers rely on the previous form of homework,teachers master the difficulty of homework improperly,etc.The school assigns too much work content to teachers,the incentive mechanism of the school is insufficient,and the school has no complete mechanism in coordinating the amount of work.Teachers should take students’ learning,scientific spirit,practice and innovation as the target criteria for designing homework content and assigning homework quantity.According to the homework management system formulated by the school,the evaluation criterion is whether the homework reflects the nine core qualities,and the parents should pay attention to the physical and mental health of the students.The existing problems of job evaluation include inconsistent operation evaluation standards,old-fashioned evaluation methods and low evaluation efficiency.From the aspects of background evaluation and input evaluation,we should enhance the understanding and learning of evaluation mode and select appropriate evaluation standards.Homework supervision also has the following problems: district,school attention is not enough,teachers,students and parents attention is not enough,feedback supervision system is not perfect.It is necessary to continue to improve the supervision mode of the government,the university and the society,but also need to coordinate the supervision of various supervision methods.Only by learning the experience of M area’s operation management and improving the deficiencies of M area’s operation management can the "double reduction" policy be more effective in the field of operation management and promote the development of junior middle school’s operation management. |
