Study On The Participation Of Multiple Subjects In The Governance Of New Residential Quarters In Tianyuan District Zhuzhou City

At present,China’s urbanization level is getting higher and higher.Residential quarters have become an important place to carry people’s living and are the "micro unit" of grass-roots governance.With the continuous advancement of urbanization,the number of new residential areas is increasing.However,problems such as inadequate property services,difficult protection of residents’ rights and interests,lack of cultural life in the community,passive participation of residents in community governance,indifference among neighbors and continuous disputes in the community are common to some extent.How to solve the governance problems of new residential areas has become an important subject and task of grass-roots governance.This paper focuses on the study of the participation of multiple subjects in the governance of new residential districts.Taking Tianyuan District in Zhuzhou as the research scope,and selecting three new residential districts in Tianyuan District as the case,by using case study method,in-depth interview method,on-the-spot observation method,and combining with literature data,this paper analyzes the current situation of the governance of newly-built residential quarters in Tianyuan district,party organizations and government,Industry Committee and residents,property management companies,social organizations and other organizations to participate in the governance of new residential areas,and proposed solutions.Through the research,it is found that there are some problems in the content,mode,ability and status of the multi-subjects participating in the governance of new residential districts in Tianyuan District,and the reasons for these problems are analyzed,the conclusion is that it is necessary to promote the good governance of the newly-built residential quarters,and multi-subjects should participate in the management of the residential quarters together effectively,we need to take practical measures to cultivate multiple subjects and improve the participation mechanism.At the same time,the ability of community residents to participate in community governance and the level of intelligent community governance will increasingly affect the effectiveness of community governance.
