Study On The Multiple Collaborative Governance Model Of The Resettlement Residential Areas

In the process of the transformation from a unified rural community to an urban community,the resettlement residential areas,as a kind of transitional community,is generally plagued with governance difficulties,such as poor connection of management system,complex and diversified population structure,and low level of residents' autonomy.Face the governance dilemma,H community started with the party as the leading "Red Property" governance model.In this paper,starting from the perspective of the institutional analysis,first white jasmines "Red Property"operational mechanism and characteristics of governance model in H resettlement residential,reflects the diverse collaborative governance characteristics in practical management experience,and effectively resolve the property of resettlement community governance problem,thus realize the benign community governance,in order to strengthen and improve the grass-roots community governance system provides a sample for reference.
