Research On The Problems Of The Government Supervision Of J City

The government supervision is an important part of the government’s work,is the key link to ensure the government’s decisions and deployments to implement,is also an important way to change the style of work and improve administrative efficiency.The study and continuous optimization of government supervision is of important significance in promoting the work style of government system.Based on the review of the current study of government supervision at home and abroad,by analyzing the government supervision of J city as the starting point and applying theories such as commissioning agency,new public administration,and process reengineering,this paper discusses and analyzes the specific problems faced by the government supervision,such as the insufficiency of the depth of supervision,the heavy burden of supervision tasks,the weakness of supervision service ability,low satisfaction of supervision results,and draws the reasons such as the weakness of supervision resources,unclear boundaries of supervision tasks,inappropriate process settings,rough application of supervision results through analysis.In this regard,this paper proposes four specific countermeasures,such as strengthening the construction of supervision agency,clarifying the scope of functions,promoting process reengineering and improving the application of results,in an attempt to solve these problems and improve the quality of government supervision.
