| Incentive problem has always been an important frontier research and practical problem in the field of public management.Previous researches mainly focused on the incentive of employees in enterprises and institutions and the incentive of grass-roots civil servants.Then,during the period of poverty alleviation,Counterpart Assistance and village assistance have increasingly become two important grasp of poverty alleviation,and the incentive of village assistance staff has gradually been focused.This thesis aims to further focus the incentive research object on the Rural Revitalization team members,give better play to the incentive mechanisms,maintain the lasting combat effectiveness,innovation and continuity of staffs of village work,and ensure that the baton for poverty alleviation can be held and stabilized in the Rural Revitalization stage.In the research process,this thesis uses the questionnaire survey method to obtain a total of 320 effective data on the satisfaction of incentive mechanisms fed back by the Rural Revitalization team members in C City,and analyzes the data to get the problems of incentive mechanisms;Then,through the interview method,we interviewed 10 village staff members of different ages and genders and cadres of the Organization Department,and obtained and put forward effective incentive optimization suggestions.This thesis mainly found that there are three-dimensional problems to be optimized and solved in the incentive of Rural Revitalization team members in C City,such as "poor incentive stability","poor incentive effect of male team members" and "poor incentive effect of older team members".This research mainly believes that improving the channels of collecting and expressing incentive mechanisms opinions,optimizing the formulation process and wording of incentive mechanisms,and improving the supervision of organizational cadres’ incentive power and the evaluation system of organizational cadres’ incentive effectiveness are important starting points for "stabilizing the continuity of incentive mechanisms";Correctly grasping the demand characteristics of male team members stationed in the village,formulating male differentiated incentive mechanisms and improving the senior incentive factors of senior team members are the feasible mechanisms to "optimize gender and age differentiated incentive".This thesis further distinguishes the first secretary,cadres in the village and team members in the village,and the research is more specific and targeted,so that the research of incentive mechanisms can obtain ideas and explanations from a new perspective.The conclusion will have some enlightenment for the organization department to formulate incentive measures for team members in the village. |
