Investigation And Study On The Revitalization Effect Of Rural Tourism In Bashan Grand Canyon,Sichuan Province

Currently,China’s social and economic development is increasingly prosperous,and the gap between urban and rural areas is narrowing.Rural construction has entered a new stage of development,with continuous implementation of policies to strengthen and benefit agriculture.Agricultural productivity and economic efficiency continue to improve,and the per capita income of farmers steadily increases.Rural infrastructure construction is continuously improving,and the appearance of the countryside has been renewed.However,problems such as the "three dimensional rural issues" and imbalanced and insufficient development between rural areas still exist.Against this background,the19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the strategic layout of rural revitalization,and rural tourism,as an important means of the rural revitalization strategy,has encountered great development opportunities.In order to orderly promote the connection between precise poverty alleviation and rural revitalization,promote the transformation and upgrading of local industries,and promote the integration of urban and rural development,in recent years,Xuanhan has earnestly implemented the rural revitalization strategy and opened a whole-region tourism development model.Xuanhan has successfully built a characteristic tourism demonstration point led by Bashan Grand Canyon Rural Tourism Industrial Demonstration Belt by focusing on rural tourism development,taking characteristic industries as handles and gathering advantageous resources to give full play to ecological advantages.Thus,a “cultural and tourism beautiful county” industrial layout with Bashan Grand Canyon as its leading force is gradually formed.This paper focuses on the Bashan Grand Canyon,which is a typical example of the development of local rural tourism,as the research object.Based on the combination of theoretical research and empirical research,with the new public service theory,public product theory and stakeholder theory as the theoretical cornerstone,and survey research as the research means,this paper study deeply the effect of Bashan Grand Canyon rural tourism to promote the local rural revitalization.First of all,the background significance,research status,research ideas and related concepts of the topic was elaborate to do well the preliminary preparation for the following research.Secondly,combining the text materials with academic research,three investigation hypotheses were proposed,including scenic spot attraction,villagers’ participation and government’s leading role.Through questionnaires and field visits to obtain first-hand real data,in-depth exploration of the recycled valid data was conducted using related statistical methods,and inductions and discussions were made on the analysis results.Finally,in order to further improves the attractiveness of scenic spots,mobilize the enthusiasm for villagers and strengthen the leading role of the government,specific countermeasures and proposals are put forward in combination with the functions of the government.
