Research On Practice Path Of Rural Tourism Promoting Rural Revitalization In Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture

Implementing the rural vitalization strategy is a major decision and plan made at the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,and an overall focus for our work related to agriculture,rural areas and farmers in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.After the comprehensive historic victory in the battle against poverty,the focus of China’s"agriculture,rural areas and farmers" work began to shift to comprehensively promoting rural revitalization.Rural revitalization is not only the revitalization of rural economy,but the revitalization of rural industries,talents,culture,ecology,organization and other aspects of all-round and multi-field revitalization.Among them,rural industrial revitalization is the foundation of rural revitalization,the fundamental driving force for the organic and coordinated development of rural areas,and the focus and difficulty in promoting the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.Rural tourism as a typical country first,second and tertiary industries,and make it become a pillar industry,boost rural rejuvenation can satisfy people’s yearning for a better life,but also to a certain extent,solve the rural problem of inadequate"unbalanced development",therefore,to explore more effective practice to promote the development of rural revitalization of rural tourism path is particularly important.As one of the only two hui autonomous prefectures in China,Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture of Gansu province has rich natural resources,red culture resources and minority culture resources,which provide a good foundation for the development of rural tourism.Based on the concept of rural development and rural tourism and on the basis of elaborating the related theories,the methods of literature research and field survey research,analysis of Linxia Hui Autonomous tourism development present situation,discovered Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture exist in the rural tourism development in the main facilities guarantee lack,lack of high quality talents,tourism product development level is low,poor publicity channels,Combined with the questionnaire,this paper analyzes the reasons from the perspectives of insufficient attention to rural tourism,serious professional brain drain,low level of in-depth development and utilization of resources,and inadequate use of new media,and gives full play to the core role of leadership by strengthening the construction of grassroots Party organizations.Consolidating the construction of tourism supporting facilities to make up for rural development shortcomings;Optimize the human resource structure of rural tourism and improve the efficiency of rural governance;Dig the cultural connotation of rural tourism resources and boost the prosperity of rural industries;The paper puts forward optimization suggestions in terms of innovating publicity channels of rural tourism and improving the level of rural information,which provides theoretical reference for the sustainable development of rural tourism in Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture,and also provides ideas for the development of rural tourism in other areas of China to promote rural revitalization.
