Research On The Development Strategy Of Aged Education Under The Background Of Population Aging

The report to the Party’s 20 th National Congress stressed the implementation of a national strategy to actively cope with the aging population.As the aging degree of Chinese population is deepening,the elderly groups are more inconvenient to integrate into social life because they are not synchronized with the speed of social development and are not skilled in modern communication methods.Education for the aged is the most effective way to help the aged group integrate into modern life.There are differences in the level and development speed of education for the aged in different regions.Compared with developed areas,education for the aged in counties is paid less attention and faces more problems.Through the investigation and research of Y County’s aging,education policies and services for the elderly,and the elderly’s participation in education for the elderly,it is found that there are many problems in the development of education for the elderly in Y County: poor social environment,lack of social care for the elderly,vague development path of education for the elderly,low management efficiency,and negative willingness to learn.The main reasons are the change of policy environment and the update of social structure,the lack of clear service standards,the lack of public choice in the education industry for the elderly,and the lack of learning concepts among the elderly themselves.By drawing lessons from the experience of developing education for the aged in other areas,it is found that innovating the running mode of university for the aged can expand education for the aged to the whole county.A good policy environment is the key factor to help the development of education for the elderly.Only by weaving a good policy network and perfecting a good policy system can we provide inexhaustible power for the development of education for the elderly.Therefore,the development of education for the aged in Y County should actively cope with the aging of the population,create an environment suitable for the aged,improve the management efficiency through innovative management methods and clear management system,start from the university for the aged,develop community education,encourage the participation of various parties,promote the integration of industries,and help the elderly to establish a correct concept.
