With the development of the community, it becomes thesupport and carrier for many kinds of services gradually. Under this condition,the station ofurban community providing for the aged becomes more and more important, and it has beendeveloping vigorously.At the current, family support function is weakened, social institutions endowment haseconomic conditions constraint, the aged will become desirable the home care mode. Homecare model not only can make up for the deficiency of family support, but also can reduce thefinancial burden on the country. Home care is difference from family endowment, familyprovide for the aged is composed entirely of children to provide retirement function, includingthe economy, life care and spiritual consolation, and home care are meant for older peoplestill living in their own home, a part of nursing function is from the family gradually transferto the society, home care is a society mode of providing for the aged.
