| The report of the 19th National Congress raised the importance of ensuring and improving people’s wellbeing.At this meeting,the importance of people’s wellbeing was elevated to a new height for the first time.As the central city of Huaihai Economic Zone,Xuzhou City must pay more attention to the livelihood projects to improve the public service supply level of residents in order to build the regional model and implement the new development concept.Community is the smallest unit of People’s daily life.Good community public service supply can improve residents’ satisfaction of the government.It will also play an important role in resolving social contradictions,building a harmonious cadre-mass relationship,and improving life quality.Xuzhou City promotes the construction of community neighborhood centers as an important livelihood project based on "community and group".As the circle of the last kilometer of ordinary people’s life,the neighborhood center carries the most basic livelihood needs and functions of residents.It becomes the new base of community public service supply in the urban area of Xuzhou.By investigating and studing the current situation of public service supply in Xuzhou urban neighborhood center.The author understands the mode,current situation and problems of public service supply in urban neighborhood center through discussing with relevant municipal departments and the staff of community neighborhood center,understands the degree of satisfaction and participation through visiting.By analysis,the auther finds that the current public service supply in Xuzhou urban neighborhood center still has problems,such as planning and management cannot keeping pace with The Times,the system is not suitable,the public service supply is not being targeted.After analysing the reasons,suggestions are put forward,such as planning and constructing the neighborhood centers rationally,expanding the public service function,combining community functions with neighborhood center public services. |
