Research On The Management Of Hefei’s Digital City In The Context Of Yangtze River Delta Integration

With the continuous expansion of the urban scale and the continuous improvement of our country’s urbanization level,traditional urban management methods no longer meet the current requirements of urban development.The existing level of urban management and urban development are expanding,a number of problems with city management and the phenomenon of "urban disease" are becoming more and more prominent.As a new type of urban management mode,digital urban management is an innovation of the urban management mode and a product derived from the background of the information age.It can better utilize the advantage of information technology,effectively solve the problems of the urban management,better solve the phenomenon of "city disease".In order to adapt to the development of the times,meet the needs of urban development,and improve the level of urban management,Hefei officially launched the digital urban management project in 2010 and officially launched the digital urban management system on the 1st,2015.Since its operation,the system has achieved obvious results and made significant contributions to the management of Hefei city.However,as an important part of the Yangtze river delta area,when the integrated development of the Yangtze river delta in 2018 became a national strategic goals and digital Yangtze river delta joint construction,put forward for the first time in the Yangtze river delta regional integration development plan outline in 2019,In 2020,the “ Yangtze River Delta Integrated Urban Management Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Assistance Conference” signed a twinning agreement,Hefei is facing new development opportunities and the development of the higher requirements.However,it cannot be separated from urban management.Although Hefei’s current digital city management has made great progress,there is still a certain difference between Hefei and some cities in the Yangtze River Delta.Against the background of the integration of the Yangtze River Delta,in order to better integrate into the agglomeration of the Yangtze River Delta and effectively promote the development of Hefei,it is urgently necessary to optimize the existing management issues of Hefei digital city.With the background of the integration of the Yangtze River Delta,Hefei digital city management as a research object,with the support of service-oriented management theory and management theory,this paper combines theoretical analysis and practical experience,study the current situation of Hefei digital city management literature research and field survey.Through the comparative analysis and questionnaire survey,this paper discusses the problems existing in the digital city management and Hefei,and then puts forward the corresponding optimization path.First,this paper studies the present situation of Hefei digital urban management,and points out that there are some problems in the current digital city management in Hefei,an urgent need to improve the institutional mechanisms,such as an urgent need to innovate the management pattern,an urgent need to improve the quality of management personnel,is an urgent need to improve the enthusiasm of the public participation.Then,this paper analysed the reason of these problems,including lack of special digital city management system and mechanism,relative to the single management mode,lack of system of training management personnel team,the traditional management ideas,encourage public participation mechanism is not yet implemented.Finally,by reference to the Yangtze river delta urban agglomeration and foreign excellent domestic cities of digital city management experience,put forward the optimal path of Hefei,such as digital city management systems and mechanisms,improve the innovation management mode,perfect quality management talent team,improve the enthusiasm of the public participation.This study will contribute to the further development of Hefei’s digital urban management,promote the implementation of the Yangtze River Delta integration strategy,add impetus to Hefei’s high-quality development,and also provide a certain practical reference for urban management research in other Chinese cities.Figure [17] table [6] reference [62]...
