The pursuit of happiness is an eternal topic in human society.Happiness is people’s satisfaction with their own lives,and it is an important indicator to measure people’s quality of life and livelihood.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study and evaluate the happiness of residents.Based on data from the CGSS2017 China Comprehensive Social Survey,this paper examines the impact of housing problems,health and social security on the well-being of Chinese residents.The paper first descriptively analyzes the selected variables,elaborates on the current situation of happiness of Chinese residents,and then the logistic regression method is used for modeling,and the influence of socio-demographic attributes,housing issues,health and social security on wellbeing is analyzed through univariate and multivariate regression,and finally,after adjusting sociodemographic attributes,housing issues,health and social security are analyzed.The influence of each of the three aspects on the happiness of residents,and the impact of the three aspects together on the happiness of Chinese residents.The results show that in the comprehensive model of Happiness in China after adjusting the socio-demographic attributes,there are 8 variables in total: gender,age,whether the current property rights belong to individuals or units other than family members or relatives or rented,the current number of properties owned,the current physical condition,the number of sweating and sports activity exercise weeks in the past 12 months,the frequency of depression or depression in the past four weeks,and whether to participate in commercial pension insurance.At present,the happiness of residents whose property rights belong to individuals or units other than their families or relatives or rents is relatively low;residents who currently own more properties are happier;residents who currently have a large number of properties are happier;residents who are currently in better physical condition,happier residents;Residents who sweated more physical activity exercise weeks in the past 12 months and residents who felt less frequent depression or depression in the past four weeks were happier;residents who participate in commercial pension insurance are happier than those who do not participate.;Women were slightly happier than men,and residents aged 18-40 and 65 years and older were slightly happier than those aged 40-65.
