| Education is a national plan,and the cause of education is related to the future and destiny of the country and the nation.In China’s education,compulsory education occupies a very important position.As an irreplaceable part of the basic national policy,the development of compulsory education not only corresponds to the requirements of the development of productive forces,but also has an important impact on the improvement of the basic quality of the people.Compulsory education has the characteristics of compulsory,free and universal,which determines that in order to do a good job in compulsory education,we must pay attention to the balanced development and high-quality development of compulsory education.Kangbashi District of Ordos,Inner Mongolia has a superior geographical location,which is in the center of Ordos.It is not only the economic center,political center,cultural center,scientific research and education center of Ordos,but also the base of car and equipment manufacturing.The high quality and balanced development of compulsory education has always been the focus of the district committee and government.With rich educational resources,Kangbashi District is the "highland" of basic education in the city.Kangbashi means "excellent teacher" in Mongolian.Kangbashi District was recognized as a basic balanced compulsory education development area in 2014,which passed the supervision and inspection of the national education supervision group.This result shows that the inter-regional education gap in this area is gradually narrowing,and the region has achieved great advantages in the balanced development of compulsory education.On this basis,Kangbashi district actively seeks to improve the quality of education,and it also meets people’s needs of development of education.Now,the high quality and balanced development of compulsory education has become the new direction of the development of compulsory education in the region.Based on the current situation of unbalanced and high-quality development of compulsory education,this paper takes the present situation of compulsory education in Kangbashi District of Ordos City,Inner Mongolia Autonomous region as the main research object.the use of case analysis,quantitative analysis and other methods to analyze the problems existing in the balanced development of compulsory education in Kangbashi district,and put forward effective solutions.The main body of this paper is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction,which introduces the background,significance and research status of the topic,and leads to the necessity of the research and the contents and methods of the research.The first chapter defines the basic meaning of "equilibrium" and "quality",and introduces the theoretical basis of public goods theory,which is widely used in related fields.The second chapter is the present situation of the development of compulsory education in Kangbashi District,by analyzing the coefficient of inter-school difference of various indicators such as 100 students having more than the prescribed number of teachers with academic qualifications,this paper analyzes the balance between compulsory education schools in Kangbashi and the measures for the balanced development of compulsory education in Kangbashi;the third chapter is about the shortcomings of the development of schools in the stage of compulsory education in Kangbashi,and analyzes the severity and causes of the problems.The fourth chapter is countermeasures and suggestions,starting from the problems of the above analysis,and puts forward possible improvement methods from the aspects of rigid institutional constraints and soft atmosphere construction.This study analyzes the balanced development of compulsory education in Kangbashi District of Ordos,enriching the research results of high-quality and balanced development of compulsory education at county level to a certain extent.However,due to the limitations of my professional level and limited data collection,there are still some shortcomings,such as insufficient analysis of difficulties and causes,and insufficient countermeasures and suggestions.In the future research,I will collect the latest data as far as possible,and conduct more field visits and investigations to enhance the depth and breadth of the research.I hope it can make a small contribution to the high-quality and balanced development of compulsory education in Kangbashi District,Ordos,Inner Mongolia and other areas. |
