Research On The Construction Of Rural Practical Talents Team Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

At the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping elevated rural revitalization to a strategic project.People play a decisive role in rural revitalization,and talent revitalization is the key link of rural revitalization.Rural practical talents are one of the six talent teams,which is conducive to improving the overall quality of rural talents,promoting the development of modern agriculture,promoting the implementation of rural revitalization strategy and the construction of socialist new countryside.Based on L area as the research object,this paper use the case method and the method of field investigation,the investigation of L area on the basis of the basic situation of rural practical talent,summarizes the problems in this aspect in the region as well as the analysis of the reason for the existence of the problem,and combined with the successful experience of this,both at home and abroad for the L area of rural practical talent construction problems puts forward Suggestions for the correspondence.The main content of this paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction.Based on the actual situation of China and L area and the research status quo of the theoretical circle at home and abroad,the significance,basic research methods and content of this research as well as the innovation of this research are expounded.The second chapter is the main basic theory of rural practical talent team construction,expounds the main concepts and important theories.The third chapter gives a detailed description of the current situation of the construction of rural practical talents in L area,and mainly studies and analyzes the current situation,main practices,deficiencies and causes of the construction of rural practical talents.L area of rural practical talent team construction main existence personnel scale effect has not yet appeared,talent structure is not reasonable,overall talent culture degree is low,the problem such as regional branding loud enough,the reasons are mainly lack talent policy,training content simple,relatively backward,the poor foundation conditions were.The fourth chapter mainly introduces the successful experience of other areas in rural practical talents construction.The fifth chapter mainly puts forward suggestions on the construction of rural practical talent team in L district,mainly taking active actions from the aspects of accurate talent introduction,attention to talent cultivation,full use of talent,retention of talent with affection,etc.,and puts forward some practical suggestions for the construction of rural practical talent team in L District.The sixth chapter is the summary of the previous five chapters and the prospect of the future rural practical talent team construction.
