| Auxiliary police personnel are an important component of the public security department.With the increasing workload of public security work,the number of auxiliary police has increased sharply.In some economically developed areas,the number of auxiliary police has far exceeded the police force.To improve the enthusiasm of auxiliary police work through effective incentive means,on the one hand,it is to consider the development of auxiliary police team,on the other hand,it is to consolidate the foundation of social management and ensure the long-term development of social governance team.From the practice of public security organs in recent years,the auxiliary police force is generally loyal and reliable.They have been going deep into the grass-roots level,stuck to the front line,done a lot of hard work with low wages and full enthusiasm,and made great contributions to the development of public security and social stability.However,there are no clear and unified regulations on the appointment,management and use of auxiliary police,resulting in different management methods in different places.The established incentive mechanism can not give full play to the combat effectiveness of the auxiliary police team because it has no effect.For these problems,this paper will use literature research,questionnaire survey and other research methods,combined with incentive related theories,taking xinyang S District Public Security Sub-bureau auxiliary police staff incentive as a case,based on the analysis of xinyang S District public Security sub-bureau auxiliary police staff status quo,put forward countermeasures to optimize the incentive mechanism of auxiliary police staff.Firstly,read a large number of research results on the auxiliary police incentive mechanism at home and abroad,summarize the research status of the auxiliary police incentive mechanism,and introduce the two factor theory,demand level theory and equity theory in the construction of the incentive mechanism,thus provide a theoretical basis for research.Secondly,the basic situation was introduced.management framework and current incentive mechanism of auxiliary police personnel in S district public security branch,designs a questionnaire to investigate the problems of auxiliary police incentive mechanism in S district,and summarizes the reasons for the problems of incentive mechanism.Finally,combined with the problems existing in the incentive of auxiliary police personnel,combined with the incentive theory,find out the countermeasures to improve the incentive mechanism of auxiliary police personnel,including improving the understanding of the incentive mechanism,implementing the honorary praise column of auxiliary police,paying attention to the rights and interests of auxiliary police,ensuring the law enforcement status,setting up floating wages,rewarding the good and punishing the bad,actively using the reform policy of auxiliary police,broadening the promotion channels Strengthen the implementation of incentive mechanism,and then stimulate the enthusiasm of auxiliary police personnel from the perspective of diversified incentive,so as to provide a strong guarantee for the construction of public security team. |
