Research On The Incentive Mechanism Of Auxiliary Police In X Public Security Sub-bureau

The country is safe and the police have half the credit.In peacetime,the policeman shoulders the important mission of maintaining national stability,maintaining order of social,and ensuring that the people live in peace and work in contentment.With the economic and social development,social instability factors continue to increase,and the lack of policeman has become a common problem faced by most countries in the world.The emergence of the auxiliary police has eased this problem in some extent.However,to management of this huge team,whether from the perfection of the law,or the professional,scientific,and systematic management of this profession,is still in the exploratory stage.Therefore,this article starts with the research on the incentive mechanism of auxiliary police in X police station.Through questionnaire surveys,in-depth interviews and research,we understand the actual demand of each auxiliary police.Through data analysis,we get the problems encountered in the daily management of the police station,at the same time,the article combined with Maslow's need-level theory,two-factor theory,and ERG theory to analyze the underlying causes of the problems.Combined with the actual situation of the X police station,find a solution to the crux of the problem,and propose an optimized solution for the establishment of a scientific,reasonable and operable auxiliary police incentive mechanism management for the X police station.This article research on the incentive mechanism of grass-roots auxiliary police,not only to solve the practical problems encountered in the management of the auxiliary police of the X police station,but also to provide a feasible solution and experience for the auxiliary police management in the police system through detailed data analysis and multi-angle thinking.
