| As the "last kilometer" to implement the tax policy,the grassroots tax sub-bureau shoulders the sacred mission of "gathering wealth for the country and collecting tax for the people".Therefore,it is of great significance to improve the performance assessment level of the grassroots tax sub-bureau.Tax official at the grass-roots level to improve the L city branch of performance appraisal,this paper combined with 360-degree evaluation method,the balanced scorecard method and performance evaluation methods,such as key performance indicators method,together with the present situation of grass-roots branches L city revenue performance appraisal,through questionnaire and interview,found the L city tax official branch performance evaluation exist at the grass-roots level evaluation index design focus is not prominent,index and the actual work of spent five problems,in view of the existing problems,the author of L city tax official at the grass-roots level branch of performance appraisal is improved scheme design,optimize the evaluation indicators,formulated the plan implementation safeguard measures. |
