| With the development of society and the arrival of the era of consumption upgrading,craft brewing is producing new humanistic connotation from the new economy.Take craft brewing as the principal line,it is interspersed with economy and people,capital and individuals,social changes,and local and circle shaping between the part and the whole.This global localization embedded with the development of the real economy began to change on a large scale after the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic,which resulted in the transformation of the economy and consumption.Dali Craft Brewing has undergone a completely different mode transformation.This study takes Dali’s craft beer as the research object and discusses the local construction of Dali’s craft beer.This paper mainly obtains research data through field investigation,and discusses the local construction of Dali craft beer in three chapters based on related literature.By studying the craft beer industry in Dali,this paper discusses how craftsmen play various roles from the introduction to the root of beer,from brewing to literary promotion,from consumption stratification to symbolic consumption,how the local market model evolves,how consumption changes,and the cultural differences established in the whole production network in Dali.In the changing taste,the craft beer has become a part of Dali’s new food culture.In short,this article focuses on three points: first,how does Dali craft brewing evolve from globalization to localization;Second,how did Dali craft brewing localization form? Third,what impact does the epidemic have on the localization of Dali’s craft brewing? According to the study,the epidemic completely broke all the inherent modes and local original modes and became a unique dividing line in the development process of Dali’s craft brewing.After the epidemic,the craft brewing industry has entered a new mode with greater space for development. |
