supply of quality public cultural services in rural areas is of great importance in empowering people to live a better life,enhancing their spiritual satisfaction and sense of well-being,and constantly realising their aspirations for a better life.With the promotion and implementation of various grassroots projects by the government,rural bookshops have also come into being.As a public welfare cultural service facility set up in administrative villages,the purpose of a farmhouse is to meet the cultural needs of the peasants,providing them with convenient conditions for reading books,newspapers and using electronic and audio-visual products.As one of the projects for the benefit of the people,the farmhouse is the main venue for reading for all in the countryside,and plays an important role in improving the cultural quality of farmers and promoting the civilisation of the countryside.On the one hand,the farmhouse helps cultivate farmers’ reading habits,nurture rural reading culture,enrich the spiritual and cultural life of the people,and is a "cultural granary" for the farmers.On the other hand,the farmhouse project is also conducive to cultural poverty alleviation,realizing the "will and ambition" and stimulating the endogenous motivation of the farmers to get rid of poverty and become rich,entrepreneurial and innovative.However,in the process of promoting the farmhouse project,the phenomenon of lack of supply effectiveness has emerged.Some farmhouses suffer from the dilemma of slow updating of books and low interest of farmers in farmhouses.How to adapt to the situation,integrate resources and take advantage of them to serve local villagers and the economic and social development of rural areas has become an important issue in the construction of farmers’ bookshelves.The author takes the farmhouse in X district of T city as the research object,and through field research,visits and talks,and issuance of questionnaires,understands the current situation of the construction and utilization of the farmhouse in X district,analyzes the realistic contradictions between the actual reading needs of the farmers and the allocation of books and service supply of the farmhouse,and puts forward some problems that need to be solved,such as insufficient information supply function of the farmhouse,education of farmers and service These problems have led to a lack of effectiveness in the supply of books in farmhouses,such as the inadequate function of information supply,the inadequate function of educating farmers and serving agriculture,the function of spreading knowledge and skills for farmers to be improved,and the function of passing on the civilization of the countryside to be developed.The author also analyses the causes of these problems,such as the neglect of the main status of farmers,the single form of supplying resources to rural bookstores,the insufficient investment in funding,and the inefficient integration and use of public cultural resources in rural areas.To solve these problems,the author proposes countermeasures by reading literature and combining the actual situation in X district,mainly:strengthening the information supply function of the farmhouse by equipping hardware facilities,strengthening the strength of digital construction,considering farmers’ needs,widening the depth and breadth of services,training digital talents,enhancing the height of digital management,promoting the integration of elements and realising resource sharing and interoperability;strengthening the information supply function of the farmhouse by enhancing The function of educating farmers and serving agriculture is strengthened by enhancing the publicity work of farmhouse bookstores,deepening Yanshen services,caring for left-behind children and creating a new administrator model;the function of educating farmers and serving agriculture is strengthened by opening up channels for expressing demand,establishing a resource allocation system oriented to farmers’ needs,cultivating farmers’ consciousness of culture,stimulating the masses’ internal motivation,establishing the concept of diversified supply,mobilising social forces to participate and organising diversified readers’ activities.The function of disseminating knowledge in farmhouse books is enhanced;the function of cultural transmission in farmhouse books is developed by relying on cultural characteristics,carrying out reading activities for all from multiple angles,innovating the mode of joint construction and promoting the organic integration of rural cultural resources.These countermeasures aim to provide practical references for optimising rural public cultural services and improving the effectiveness of the supply of farmhouse books in X district of T city,thereby enriching rural revitalisation research. |
