The concept of characteristic small towns in China originated from Yunqi Town in Hangzhou,Zhejiang in 2014,and has flourished since its rise to the national level in 2016.At the same time as the rapid development of characteristic towns,there are also problems such as insufficient characteristics of characteristic industries,wearing clothing and hats in characteristic towns,and low quality.These problems seriously affect and restrict the development of characteristic towns.The development of characteristic towns in the new era cannot blindly pursue speed and economic benefits,but should always adhere to the development concept of innovation,coordination,green,openness,and sharing,accelerate the development of new ideas,construct a new pattern of development,and take the path of high-quality development.This article takes Punan Moonlight Town in Lianyungang City as the starting point,and uses literature research,questionnaire survey,interview research,and comparative analysis to sort out the original intention,basic advantages,development positioning,and economic benefits of the development and construction of Punan Moonlight Town.It explores the current problems of the town,such as unreasonable planning,insufficient characteristic industries,insufficient market participation,and low awareness Problems such as lack of funds and talent that affect high-quality development.Based on a profound analysis of the problem and combined with the experience and achievements of some characteristic small towns at home and abroad,this thesis proposes countermeasures and suggestions through governance theory,sustainable development theory,and high-quality development theory to accelerate mechanism innovation and governance model innovation,strengthen industrial innovation and upgrading,strengthen media promotion and brand building,broaden financing channels,and strengthen talent team construction,in order to achieve reasonable allocation of public services and resources,Thus driving the high-quality development of Moonlight Town. |
