Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the anti-corruption work has entered a new stage.Under the environment of comprehensively and strictly governing the party,the anti-corruption work of the public institutions directly under the S department of J province has attracted increasing attention.The organizational structure of the discipline inspection and supervision institutions has continuously exposed various problems in the daily operation process,which has triggered the internal vigilance of the system.think.How to inspect the work effectiveness of discipline inspection and supervision agencies and how to further optimize the organizational structure are practical issues worthy of consideration and analysis by the academic community.This paper takes the discipline inspection and supervision institutions of the public institutions directly under the S Department of J Province as the research object,and uses literature research,case analysis,questionnaire survey and other methods to conduct an in-depth analysis and discussion on the organizational structure of the discipline inspection and supervision institutions of the S department.In terms of quality and efficiency,in some cases there is an objective problem of insufficient management quality and efficiency.The main reason is the lack of scientificity in the setting of hierarchical structure.At the same time,departmentalism is also one of the reasons for this problem.Secondly,a series of problems,such as unreasonable staffing structure,unscientific age level and different professional level of the staff engaged in discipline inspection and supervision,and work experience and working years that do not meet the job requirements,have led to a series of problems such as the insufficiency of the range structure gradually surfaced.Thirdly,the responsibilities are not clear,the responsibilities of one post with two responsibilities are confusing,and the work process is not standardized,which reflects the weak link in the setting of the responsibilities and rights structure.Based on the optimization of the organizational structure of the discipline inspection and supervision institutions of the institutions directly under the S Department of J Province,this paper puts forward practical and targeted countermeasures and suggestions: First,actively and steadily promote the reform of the discipline inspection and supervision system,and further improve the level.The first is to improve the operation-level setting,extend the "tentacles" of supervision,and deepen the reform of the stationed institutions;the second is to improve the internal "settings",and continue to deepen the reform and innovation of the internal institutions for discipline inspection and supervision with the approval of the higher authorities;The third is to innovate the supervision model The efficient operation of discipline inspection and supervision institutions is inseparable from departmental cooperation,but we must be more vigilant against departmentalism.The second is to improve the operation layer settings,optimize the organizational structure system,and establish a discipline inspection iron army with a high degree of professionalism.The first is to complete and strengthen the discipline inspection and supervision team;the second is to optimize the scope of public institutions and grass-roots units;the third is to improve the level of professionalism;Improve the quality of case trial work.The third is to explore the establishment of a vertical management system and mechanism to define rights and responsibilities.The first is to actively explore the establishment of a vertical management system;the second is to actively explore the balance between centralization and decentralization.The last is to establish the work refinement standards for the discipline inspection and supervision work of the S hall institutions.The first is to refine the discipline inspection and supervision system,and strictly implement the main responsibility and supervision responsibility system of each internal organization;the second is to establish a list of responsibilities of the discipline inspection and supervision staff,and work strictly within the scope of duties;the third is to introduce the S hall business The discipline inspection and supervision work standards of the units;the fourth is to improve the performance appraisal standards for the discipline inspection and supervision work of the S department;the fifth is to strengthen the care,application and training of the discipline inspection and supervision cadres of the public institutions;the sixth is to improve and innovate the working mechanism,and constantly change the way of law enforcement and supervision work method.
