A Research On The Performance Of M City Discipline Inspection And Supervision Accredited Institution

Discipline inspection and supervision are two functions that the party's discipline pro-curatorial offices and government supervision departments exercise.Discipline inspection and supervision offices are important departments to supervise national administration and staff performance.They are also the implementation of supervision of the party responsible institutions.Discipline inspection Supervisory is an important part of the discipline inspection and supervision,and plays a pivotal role in the work of building a clean government and anti-corruption work.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),the new CPC Central Committee has attached great importance to the establishment of a comprehensive and resolute party,the work of building a clean government and the anti-corruption work.How to improve the performance of discipline inspection and supervision has become a widespread concern in society.Based on the purpose and significance of the topic,this paper first summarizes research results and practical achievements of discipline inspection and supervision institutions in other countries,and then provides theoretical support and references for the research.Further,research programs and specific methods are presented.1,distinguish and define the discipline inspection committee,discipline inspection and supervision agencies,supervision,discipline,accountability and other related concepts for the study of the theoretical basis;2,study and present the main functions,roles and summarize management models of the M city discipline inspection and supervision agencies and study the M city discipline inspection and supervision agencies assigned to the cadres,supervision and accountability of the status quo;3,through the analysis of depth,this paper thinks that the problem of supervision and accountability is that the whole coverage is not complete,the team building is weak,the function is not accurate enough,the accountability word and the investigation of the case is weak.The main reason is wrong implementation of "two responsibilities",the imperfect institutional mechanism and the ideological change;4,combined with actual situation and work experience,suggestions are made to further enhance supervision and discipline of responsibility ability from the angle of enhancing abilities of discipline inspection bodies accredited,which is to rationalize working relationships,improve the institutional mechanisms,focus on main responsibility and strengthen team construction for M City discipline inspection bodies.It is a necessary for deepening the reform of the institutions in M city and implementing the full coverage of the assigned agencies.This article has carried on the preliminary discussion this question,which also need to deepen and be perfect in the future.
