Research On The Creation Of Ethnic Unity And Progress In Dongshan Yao Township

The creation of national unity and progress is a national work that the Party and the state attach great importance to.Doing a good job in the creation of national unity and progress can promote the higher-quality development of ethnic areas.The Party and the state have always attached great importance to ethnic work,and great achievements have been made in the creation of national unity and progress,and a number of advanced models have emerged.Strengthening the creation of national unity and progress and its case research can provide academic support and case reference for further work in the new era.Based on the theory of social symbiosis,this study selects Dongshan Yao Township in Quanzhou County,Guilin,Guangxi as a field point,and investigates the process of creating a demonstration township of ethnic unity and progress in Dongshan Yao Township by means of questionnaire surveys,interviews and participation in observation.The investigation found that the yearning of the people of all ethnic groups for a better life and the implementation of national policies,as internal and external driving factors,jointly promoted the creation of national unity and progress in Dongshan Yao Township.Dongshan Yao Ethnic Township has carried out the creation of ethnic unity and progress in an orderly manner through measures such as implementing the ethnic policies of the Party and the state,carrying out ethnic cultural activities with the times,promoting the development of ethnic groups according to local conditions,and governing ethnic affairs in accordance with the law,and formed a one-in-one "symbiotic model" of creation This model is mainly composed of three elements: the township party committee and government,the villagers’ committee and the villagers.It has the characteristics of taking the party as the core,internal stability and relative balance of resources.The investigation also found that due to the variability of social affairs,the integration of mobile society and the influence of the plurality of Chinese society,national unity and progress is a continuous process,so we try to put forward further thinking about the creation of national unity and progress.Through summary and analysis,on the road of national unity and progress,Dongshan Yao Township adheres to the joint creation of the masses of all ethnic groups and gives full play to their respective advantages,so that all ethnic groups in Dongshan can live in harmony and continuously improve the living standards of the people.Practice has proved that the main theme of the social modernization of Dongshan Yao Township is to strengthen the sense of community of the Chinese nation,and to adhere to the progress and development under the symbiotic relationship.
