Research On The Measurement And Influencing Factors Of Community Integration Of Floating Population From The Perspective Of Social Ecosystem

Shenzhen is the central city of the Greater Bay Area.The construction of the city requires a large number of talents.However,the number of registered population in Shenzhen is limited,and a large part of the talents come from the floating population.While the floating population contributes to the construction of Shenzhen,their community integration with local residents has become the focus of attention.At present,there are many problems in the community integration of floating population and local residents.This paper aims to promote the community integration of floating population in Shenzhen to promote the construction and development of the Greater Bay Area.This paper takes the floating population of L community in Shenzhen as the research object,and takes its integration status and influencing factors in the community as the research problem.On this basis,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the community integration of floating population in Shenzhen.Firstly,based on the literature review,this paper preliminarily designs the index system of community integration of floating population from the perspective of social ecosystem and based on the theory of social integration.According to the results of the questionnaire,the basic situation of the floating population and the integration of the four dimensions are statistically analyzed,and the current degree of community integration of the floating population is measured by the equal weight method.The result is that the degree of community integration of the floating population reaches a medium level.Secondly,on the basis of referring to the influencing factors of the social integration of the floating population in the past,this paper selects the individual factors,family factors,community factors and social factors of the floating population as independent variables based on the ecosystem theory,and makes correlation analysis and regression analysis on the relationship between 15 variables and community integration and each dimension.The results show that individual factors :proactive personality level,occupational qualification certificate,education level and gender have significant positive effects on community integration,while marital status and age have negative effects on community integration of floating population.Family factors : family migration has a positive impact on community integration of floating population.Community factors : community support and community environment have a positive impact on community integration.Social factors : the household registration system has a significant negative impact on the community integration of floating population.Finally,according to the ecosystem theory,this paper puts forward policy suggestions to promote the community integration of floating population in Shenzhen from four aspects : first,to improve the level of active personality and human capital of floating population from the individual level;secondly,from the family level,it proposes to enhance the capacity building of mobile families and the governance of mobile family services;third,put forward innovative services and governance from the community level;fourth,from the social level,it is proposed to speed up the reform of household registration and optimize the public service system environment.
