| The quality of higher education teaching is not only related to the development of higher education but also to the improvement of the country’s core competitiveness.As the starting point for improving teaching quality,special teaching projects have gradually formed a central-local-university linkage management system after nearly 30-year development of hierarchical management mode.As an important part of China’s higher education institutions,newly-built undergraduate colleges and universities have continuously enriched the types of teaching projects and the number of projects.There are many problems such as repetitive construction,inadequate process monitoring,acceptance is a mere formality,and project results are not easy to promote.Therefore,it is imperative to improve the quality of undergraduate teaching by optimizing the management model to improve management efficiency.Through a large number of literature reading and field research,this paper discusses the essence of the teaching special project mechanism of G School in newly-built undergraduate colleges.Through the principal-agent theory and PDCA cycle theory,the theoretical model of stakeholders and the analysis framework of the whole process management are constructed,and the problem generation is deeply analyzed from the project planning,implementation,inspection,and summary stages,and the management of special teaching projects is summarized the connotation of the mechanism,in-depth analysis of the internal and external factors of the special project mechanism and their interaction.It proposes a management system that optimizes the allocation of power,clarifies the management rights and responsibilities of each subject,participates in project planning with multiple subjects,innovates resource allocation methods,and improves the supervision of the whole process of the project.The research results were used to optimize the teaching project management process of G School,and practiced in the development of a certain specialty of G School.The specialty won the provincial teaching achievement award,which confirmed the effectiveness of the thesis results.This study improves the management efficiency of teaching special projects,and also provides theoretical support and decision-making reference for related research in other newly established local universities. |
