Optimization Path Of Fire Safety Management In C Community Of P Cit

As an important part of society,community can reflect the overall situation of the current society.In the social governance system,community fire safety management is an important task,which determines the level of modernization of a city or even a country.Establish and improve the community fire safety management system,do a good job in this aspect of management,and improve the community’s emergency management and fire prevention and control capabilities,which not only has a close relationship with the healthy development of the city,but also has a effectively ensure the safety of people’s lives and property.In recent years,with the in-depth promotion of urbanization strategy,many communities in China have achieved rapid development,and their scale is also expanding,with more complex functions.However,compared with urban construction,there is still a big gap between the construction of community fire safety and that of urban construction.Various fire hazards emerge in endlessly,which has a negative impact on the development of the whole community and even the whole city.Therefore,how to nip the problem of community fire safety management in the bud with the help of scientific and reasonable measures,and then accelerate the improvement of the level of community fire safety management,is the primary problem we need to solve.This paper takes C community of P City as the research object,and launches an in-depth investigation on the problem of community fire safety management.Firstly,4R crisis management,grid management and other theories are discussed in order to lay a solid theoretical foundation for the follow-up research.Secondly,through the method of questionnaire survey and on-site interview,the existing problems are deeply analyzed,which mainly include three aspects: the quality and consciousness of community fire safety management is not high,the community fire service and management is not in place,and the fire risk warning ability is not enough.Further from the reduction stage,the preparatory stage,the reaction stage and the recovery stage,the causes of the problem are analyzed,including the lack of a sound organizational system,the lack of clear legal responsibility,the lack of fine management means,the lack of fire supervision,the public fire safety management knowledge to be improved and the fire emergency rehearsal is only a formality.Thirdly,through the review of community fire management in the United States,the United Kingdom and Japan,the author draws lessons from the experience of fire safety management in Western countries,and obtains ideas for optimizing the fire safety management of community C in P city,mainly involving the active expansion of community civilian firefighters and guiding the public to participate in fire management enthusiastically.Pay attention to invest in fire fighting facilities and equipment,and effectively use modern high-tech;Pay attention to training students’ awareness of fire safety and do a good job in promoting comprehensive fire knowledge;Promote the main responsibility system of fire safety and improve the means of fire promotion.Finally,based on the 4R crisis management theory,the paper optimizes the fire safety management strategy of C community in P city from four stages of reduction,preparation,response and repair.Specifically,in the reduction stage,it scientifically coordinates the elements of fire safety management,implements the government’s fire safety management responsibility and strengthens the publicity of fire safety management.In the preparatory stage,strengthen the supervision of various government departments,strive to improve the quality of fire safety of the masses,promote the concept innovation of fire safety management,establish a professional fire safety management team and introduce new fire science and technology products;In the response stage,strengthen the fire service training for community personnel,improve the laws and regulations and system standards of regional fire safety management,integrate social resources,coordinate the "full provision" of community public services and establish a full implementation system of fire safety management;Comparative inspection at the recovery stage,continuous induction and improvement in later exercises and practices,effectively improving fire safety management and emergency response capabilities.This paper studies the practice of fire management in P city and C community,and deeply analyzes the existing problems and causes.At the same time,this paper discusses the excellent cases in the community fire safety management in detail,and summarizes a set of management plan consistent with the C community of P city,hoping to improve the fire safety management level of the C community of P City,and then provide strong support for the harmony and stability of the society.
