Based On The Research Of Local Governments On The Supervision Of Network Public Opinion In The Era Of Self-Media

With the popularization of the network and the continuous update and development of mobile technology,the era of “self-media” naturally came into being.In recent years,online public opinion occurs frequently in all parts of China,and its impact on the public is also becoming more and more great.Its complex and changeable characteristics have brought some difficulty for local governments to supervise online public opinion in China.As the regulatory body of online public opinion supervision,local governments must always pay attention to the development of online public opinion and strengthen the management of online public opinion.But due to some local government supervision of network public opinion supervision concept is weak,system mechanism construction,backward supervision methods,insufficient technical personnel support,lack of relevant laws and regulations,resulting to local government network public opinion supervision effect,the public of local government social governance ability has distrust,to a certain extent,affect the government’s credibility.Therefore,local governments should adapt to the trend of the era of the media,efforts to improve the local government network public opinion supervision system and mechanism the construction of professional and technical personnel team,innovative network public opinion supervision methods,improve the relevant laws and regulations,in order to improve the local government network public opinion supervision ability,so as to better maintain social stability.This paper uses literature analysis method,case analysis method,interview analysis method and other research methods,and also adopts collaborative governance theory and crisis management theory as the theoretical basis of the whole paper,through the research on the current situation and effectiveness of online public opinion supervision of S City and H District Government,so as to find the deficiencies and loopholes in the Internet public opinion supervision of local governments in China,and put forward corresponding corrective measures and suggestions,hoping to provide some reference significance for local governments in China to improve the ability of online public opinion supervision.The full text consists of seven chapters.The first chapter is an introduction,which mainly explains the background,significance and method of this study.The second chapter mainly describes the core concepts of self-media,online public opinion,and public opinion supervision,which provides a certain theoretical basis for the subsequent research.The third chapter mainly analyzes the current situation and effectiveness of local government supervision of online public opinion in the era of self-media,and sets the indispensable main tone for this paper to set the indispensable theme for local government supervision of online public opinion.Chapter 4 mainly describes in detail the common problems and causes in the supervision of local governments of online public opinion through the research and analysis of the S City and H District government.Chapter 5 mainly describes the existing problems in Chapter 4 and puts forward one-to-one corresponding optimization countermeasures.Chapter6 is mainly a summary of this paper.
