Research On Rural Grassroots Party Building Under The Background Of “Three Governance Integration” Rural Governance

Since the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China formally proposed the “integration of three governance” rural governance,the No.1central document has taken improving the “three rural issues” as the focus of policy implementation for 20 consecutive years from 2004 to 2023,this is a modern rural governance system that takes the rural revitalization strategy as the direction,focuses on the “three rural issues” as the guidance,and takes the realization of the general requirements of “industrial prosperity,ecological livability,rural style civilization,effective governance,and affluent life”.Based on the rural grass-roots party building,the research object of this paper combines the Marxist party building theory and rural governance theory and other related disciplines,and through the rural grass-roots party building thought of Communist Party of China,which is inherited in one continuous line and keeps pace with the times,under the background of “integration of three governance” rural governance,it clarifies the internal logical relationship between the rural grass-roots party building and the “integration of three governance” rural governance system,from the rural revitalization strategy,the rural governance structure and the need to strengthen rural grass-roots party building in the context of “integration of three governance” rural governance from the three dimensions of strict party governance is analyzed comprehensively.Through the way of interviews to know about the actual situation of C Town,S City,J Province,and the problems faced by rural grass-roots party building in the context of “integration of three governance” rural governance are summarized from the aspects of the main body of leadership,leadership ability,organizational ability,etc.Finally,based on the dialectical relationship between the“integration of three governance” rural governance and rural grass-roots party building,the author made a deep thinking on how rural grass-roots party building can better lead the “integration of three governance” rural governance.The author proposed specific measures for rural grass-roots party organizations to lead the “autonomy,rule of law,and rule of virtue”,and how to improve the important leadership of rural grass-roots party organizations.Through the research on rural grass-roots party building in the context of “three governance integration” rural governance in the new era,the leading position of party building is clarified,which provides a certain theoretical reference and value for better consolidate rural grass-roots party building,play the leading role of party building,improve the development of grass-roots party organizations,and optimize China’s rural governance model.More importantly,in the process of Chinese path to modernization.And adhere to the priority of agricultural and rural development,realize rural revitalization and agricultural power,finally realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation!...
