Research On Performance Evaluation Of Rural Revitalization In Suburban Areas

In terms of research content,this thesis collates relevant literature,theories and methods,and conducts a preliminary survey in the research area,referring to the Opinions on the Implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy,the Strategic Plan for Rural Revitalization(2018-2022)and the Rural Revitalization Promotion Law of the People’s Republic of China.Based on the pre-selected indicators of the Strategic Plan for Rural Revitalization(2018-2022)in Hongshan District of Chifeng City,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,the performance evaluation index system of rural revitalization in suburban areas was preliminarily established.In order to improve the preliminary performance evaluation index system and ensure the practicability and scientificity of the indicators,Relying on 10 agricultural and rural economic experts to consult the quantity,interpretation and weight of specific evaluation indicators,and according to the consultation results,the performance evaluation index system of suburban rural revitalization was finally constructed,including five first-level indicators,13second-level indicators,and 53 third-level indicators,including industrial prosperity,ecological livability,rural culture,effective governance and prosperity.The final "Suburban rural revitalization Performance evaluation index system" was used to carry out performance evaluation on the rural revitalization implementation of 14 administrative villages in Hongshan District of Chifeng City,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,and the performance of each village was ranked and analyzed accordingly.Performance evaluation results are as follows: On the whole,14 villages in Hongshan District have good performance evaluation on rural revitalization,among which 9 villages in Wenzhong Town have relatively high performance,followed by 5villages in Hongmiaozi Town have low performance.Industrial development is mainly concentrated in flowers,Cordyceps militaris,densely planted cherries,vegetables,etc.,but no brand has been formed;The utilization rate of production and household garbage sorting and treatment is low,the penetration rate of sanitary household toilets is low,and the rural living environment needs to be improved.The per capita income is higher,the life is relatively rich,compared with other rural pastoral areas in Chifeng;The frequency and quality of cultural sports and leisure activities in rural areas are not high;Rural crime,drug abuse,gambling,dispute cases,and neighborhood conflicts are less frequent,and village-level work has been implemented.
