The Development Path Of Characteristic Small Towns Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

In recent years,a large number of characteristic towns have sprunged up in China,which are different from the traditional administrative units.They are new organizational forms of integration and development of industrialization and new-type urbanization.A characteristic town between the city and the countryside,it connects the countryside and the city,and realizes the high development of characteristic industries in the town.Currently in the process of the countries are vigorously implement the strategy of rejuvenating the country,the characteristics of high concentration of characteristic industries for the construction of small town can be highly activated surrounding the vitality of rural development,promote the development of rural economy,high quality,also helps to promote the urban and rural integration,bridging the gap between the urban and rural structure,drive the surrounding villagers in the local employment,improve the surrounding villagers’ income,The rural economy and social development has a great role in promoting the high-quality development of China’s economy.In the context of rural revitalization,through field visits and investigations,this paper makes an upward analysis and research on the development context,current situation,deficiencies and constraints of current development,and future development opportunities of X characteristic towns in western Anhui,and then puts forward suggestions for the development path policy of characteristic towns for reference.It can provide a set of effective schemes for the construction of characteristic towns and rural revitalization in the future,drive the economic development of rural areas around characteristic towns,improve the income of villagers,develop villages,and ultimately achieve rural revitalization.The former X characteristic town has begun to take shape,and the industry and functions of the town are gradually improving and developing.The author believes that X characteristic town has caught the wind of industrial transfer and the development of e-commerce and digital platform.However,there are still some deficiencies in industrial scale,infrastructure,specialized talents,characteristic culture and management mode.Meanwhile,the local government’s public policy supply for the development of characteristic towns is lagging behind,and the public policy supply has not kept up with the development of characteristic towns.Characteristic towns are generally faced with these problems in the construction process,which constrain the development of characteristic towns at different levels.The main contents of this paper include the following there parts:The first part,first of all,explains and defines the relevant main concepts,defines the characteristic town and the new urbanization,and finally introduces the relationship between the two.Secondly,explain the relevant theoretical basis,through industrial transfer theory,industrial agglomeration theory and collaborative governance theory;Finally,the paper expounds the development process of rural revitalization and characteristic town,and gives examples of the experience of typical characteristic town in China.This paper lays a theoretical foundation for the research on the development path policy of characteristic towns under the background of rural revitalization.The second part,introduce the development situation of X characteristic town,from the basic present situation,the development superiority resources development,development opportunities,and then the problems existing in the development process and the reason analysis,through case studies,get a universality,reference policy path,after a characteristic town development plan;The third part,through the above research,puts forward the following adjustment suggestions for the policy of the development path of characteristic towns at the present stage: the government should do a good job in the planning arrangement of the path of characteristic towns;By optimizing government management functions,build a collaborative governance system;Develop characteristic industries,promote the agglomeration of related industries,and build a perfect industrial chain;Highlight traditional culture and innovate town culture;Introducing social capital and multi-channel financing;Do a good job in town planning,improve infrastructure construction;Take "people" as the foundation,strengthen the introduction of talents and build a scientific research platform;We will promote ecological and environmental protection and balance urban and rural development.At the same time,the characteristic towns are not replicable,which requires the government to provide sustainable policy arrangements.Generally speaking,X characteristic town is in the primary state of development at the present stage.In addition to the problems of the characteristic town itself,such as inadequate infrastructure,unsystematic industrial development,backward operation and management mode,insufficient innovation ability,and lack of professional talents,the collaborative governance between multiple entities is not smooth.And the lag of public policy supply is not only the problems existing in the development of characteristic towns,but also the reasons for the backward infrastructure.
