Research On The Effective Supply Of Sports Venues In The Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region

Sports venues are an important material basis for enhancing people’s physical fitness,enriching people’s spiritual and cultural life and improving the level of competitive sports,a necessary condition for the development of sports,and the most powerful grasp for the public sector to provide public sports services.The insufficient supply of sports venues is one of the important reasons for the contradiction between the growing need of sports fitness and the unbalanced and inadequate development.Improving the fitness environment of the masses,solving the problem of "where to go for fitness",and constantly meeting the people’s diversified fitness needs have become the due meaning of the current effective supply research of sports venues.The Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has done a lot of work,reaching the national average level in terms of the number and area of sports venues,but there is still a big gap with the domestic developed provinces and foreign developed countries.This paper mainly studies the existing problems of sports field supply in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region under the current era background and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.Draw lessons from relevant research results at home and abroad,with effective supply theory,coordinated development theory,the new public service theory as the theoretical basis,combined with the actual situation of Inner Mongolia autonomous region stadium supply,using comparative analysis and investigation,by referring to the Inner Mongolia autonomous region and city,developed provinces and the developed countries field data and sports administrative department personnel interview,found that the Inner Mongolia autonomous region sports supply deficiencies,thorough analysis of the problem,draw lessons from excellent practice results at home and abroad,put forward countermeasures and Suggestions to solve the problem,It provides beneficial reference for improving the supply capacity of sports venues in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.From the Inner Mongolia autonomous region sports venues in the construction,use,management analysis found that the Inner Mongolia autonomous region sports venues supply,all kinds of sports venues unbalanced,sports venues construction selection is not scientific,the government neglected management of public sports venues,campus sports venues not open to the outside world,mainly because the sports venues construction funds source of single,the government understanding of sports venues is not enough,the government of public sports venues "built only",the campus sports facilities opening to the outside world,etc.In view of the above problems and causes,the specific suggestions proposed in this study are: adhere to financial support and attract social funds,ensure the investment of construction investment,optimize the planning and layout of sports venues,strengthen the management of free and improving the management of public sports venues,and explore the potential of the campus sports facilities opening and ensure the safety of the campus sports facilities opening to the outside world.
