| China started to pilot the Nutrition Improvement Program policy in some rural areas in 2011,aiming to change the malnutrition among students in rural areas,improve the health conditions of students as a whole,and promote equity in urban and rural education.The Nutrition Improvement Program and policy have played a great role in improving the nutrition status of rural students,relieving family pressure and improving student achievement,etc.However,the implementation of the policy has also exposed problems such as the unsound system,the lack of implementation ability of the implementors,the low level of students’ awareness of the policy,and the poor environment of the policy implementation,which have affected the full play of the policy value.Therefore,how to fully grasp and make good use of the nutrition improvement plan policy is worth further exploration.This paper uses literature research method,interview method and other methods to carry out a survey on the Nutrition Improvement Program policy for rural compulsory education students in F County,Guangxi.On this basis,it analyzes the current situation and effect of the implementation of the nutrition improvement plan policy in F County.From the idealization of policy,implementation agencies,target groups,implementation environment and other policy implementation factors,analyze the existing problems and causes of the implementation of the Nutrition Improvement Program in F County.Meanwhile,learn from the advanced experience and practice of the student nutrition programs at home and abroad.The paper proposes some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the Nutrition Improvement Program,covering improving the policy system and making the policy more scientific;Optimize the behavior of the execution subject and enhance the execution ability;Improve the educational environment of target groups and cultivate correct understanding;Introduce multiple forces and create a good execution environment. |
