| With the boom of smart city construction,intelligent applications have gradually penetrated into people’s lives,and the construction of smart communities in China has moved with the trend,and the intelligent and refined services brought by it have made great changes in the living environment of residents.The essence of smart community construction is to serve community residents,residents are the participants in smart community governance,but also the users of smart network platform,in the construction of smart community and subsequent governance links,residents’ network participation is essential,resident network participation is an important standard to measure the effectiveness of smart community governance and has a significant impact on the effect of smart community governance.With the deepening of the implementation of "Internet+ smart community",residents can use smart network platforms and other ways to participate in community governance,and residents’ network participation in smart community governance is the trend of future community development,which can give full play to the multiplier effect of Internet platforms and amplify the efficiency of smart community governance.Based on the relevant research results at home and abroad,from the perspectives of citizen participation theory,governance theory and network society theory,this paper analyzes the status,problems and causes of residents’ network participation in the governance of Chengdu X smart community by means of questionnaire survey and field research,and finds that the political participation of residents in the governance of Chengdu X smart community has achieved certain results,the enthusiasm of residents to participate has been improved,and the efficiency of community governance has been initially transformed.However,there are still some problems,such as: the coverage of network participants is narrow,the willingness and participation of residents to participate in the network is low,the motivation of residents to participate in the network is insufficient,the use of smart network platforms is not high,and the participation of residents’ network is a formality.In view of the above problems,this paper analyzes the causes of the deep sub-layer,which are first due to the lack of residents’ network participation resources and subjectivity,including the lack of residents’ network participation resources,the lack of network participation awareness and community belonging,and the lack of internal driving force for residents to participate in smart community governance.Secondly,the construction of the smart network platform is not perfect,including the incomplete functional coverage of the smart network platform and the complex operation of the smart network platform;Finally,the community work mechanism is not perfect,including insufficient professional ability of the community wisdom management team,insufficient publicity and guidance work,and lack of timely response and feedback mechanism;In order to improve the relevant countermeasures of residents’ network participation in the governance of Chengdu X smart community,this paper gives the following solutions.First of all,it is necessary to cultivate and improve mature network participants,cultivate residents’ ability to use the network,and improve the level of residents’ network participation;Improve residents’ awareness of network participation,and enhance residents’ awareness and willingness to participate in smart community governance;Strengthen neighborhood interaction and residents’ sense of community;Enhance residents’ sense of responsibility for online participation and trust in community smart governance,and enhance the internal motivation of residents’ network participation.Secondly,improve the construction of smart network platforms,optimize the functions of smart network platforms,and meet the individual needs of residents;Simplify the operation process and improve the practicality of the platform;Finally,improve the community work mechanism,establish a talent absorption and training mechanism,and provide professional services;Formulate a sound publicity and education mechanism to form a good atmosphere for online participation;Improve the cultivation of residents’ self-organization and community groups,and play a guiding and exemplary role;Improve the network response feedback mechanism and improve the response efficiency of smart governance. |
