Research On The Needs Of Smart Community Services From The Perspective Of Governing By Network

As the development of all walks of life in the world more and more tends to network,digital and information,all kinds of researches have also met a great opportunity.And as a miniature of the level of urban modernization development—intelligent community,also gradually comes into people's vision,constantly attracting the attention of scholars from different areas.The construction of the intelligent community is not only a simple information project.During its process,not only technical support,but also theoretical support is needed.The rational application of the theories which are related to public management onto the construction and governance of intelligent communities cannot only realize the grass-roots level of social governance and the network construction of a powerful country,but also contribute to the modernization of community governance,and at the same time,realize the maximization of people's interests.This thesis was based on the theory of network governance,particularly studied the requirement of the intelligence community service.With the help of interviews,questionnaire survey and Python natural language processing method,26 demand items could be extracted.And then,Kano model analysis method was used to classify each demand item into attribute classes,and finally 4 useless items were screened out.The remaining 22 demand items were ranked in order of importance and constituted the smart community service demand hierarchy model.This thesis is mainly divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly explains the background and significance of the author's topic selection,research status and a brief review,the research ideas and methods of this paper,as well as the main innovation points of this study.In the second part,the concepts and connotations of smart city,smart community and smart community service are introduced respectively,and the guiding theory of this paper--network governance theory is briefly introduced.The analysis method of Kano model is summarized and its application field is briefly introduced,too.The third part is to design the research,which mainly constructs a demand analysis method based on Kano model from the three parts of research questions,research scope and research steps.The fourth part is the empirical research part,described the present situation of intelligence community service in our country at first.And then determine the initial service demand items by natural language text analysis of-a large number of literature material and interviews with some academics.Afterwrds,design the questionnaire,distribute and recycle the questionnaires.Next,use the Kano model analysis method to attribute classified analysis of the results.Finally,construct the intelligent community service requirements hierarchy model.The last part is the research conclusion and related Suggestions.According to the data analysis results,the corresponding conclusions ofthe sevenmodules are summarized,and corresponding countermeasures are proposed for the existing problems.The possible innovation points of this paper are mainly reflected in the following aspects:on the one hand,from the perspective of network governance,this paper takes the community service demand as the main research content.On the other hand,in terms of method,Kano model analysis method is applied to the demand research of smart community to realize the innovation in method.
