| Rural revitalization is a major task in realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the only way to achieve common prosperity.The development mode of village-enterprise integration will be an effective way to achieve comprehensive rural revitalization.However,rural enterprises are generally faced with practical challenges such as shortage of local knowledge and limited local innovation.Therefore,it is very necessary to carry out relevant research on the practice path of village-enterprise integration under the background of in-depth promotion of rural revitalization.Based on theory and induction,the paper analyzes the practical path of how village-enterprise integration can further promote rural revitalization,so that the integration can become an effective and sustainable development path of comprehensive rural revitalization in the future.This paper takes the development dilemma of enterprise integration in Delis village,Changcheng Town,Zhucheng City,Shandong Province as a case study.Through field investigation and in-depth interview method,first-hand data are collected on the development dilemma of enterprise integration in Delis village.With the help of the theory of collaborative governance,symbiosis theory,from the four perspectives of Zhucheng Delis village enterprise integration development status and practical challenges,Delis village enterprise integration development dilemma and its reasons to in-depth study Zhucheng Delis village enterprise integration development dilemma,explore the village enterprise integration development path optimization.The research finds that Delis Village implements the development strategy of "village and enterprise integration" through the new model of "village and enterprise co-construction,mutual prosperity,integrated development and beauty creation",so that Delis Company and Delis villagers form a "community of destiny",realizing the interaction and promotion of enterprises and villages,complement each other and integrated development.Through the research on the integrated development path of village and enterprise,more rural development can be better promoted,and comprehensive rural revitalization can be promoted.Finally,more farmers’ income can be increased and more farmers’ interests can be benefited.On this basis,according to the theory of collaborative governance and combined with the actual situation of Delis Village,the optimization path is proposed for the development dilemma of village-enterprise integration in Delis Village.First,promote the practice and innovation model of village and enterprise integration of "joint construction,co-governance and sharing".The second is to build a community of interests that integrates village and enterprise.Third,explore the good governance model of the integration of village and enterprise. |
