Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Nearby Enrollment Of Primary And Secondary Schools In Binhai New Area From The Perspective Of Educational Equity

The enrollment of compulsory education is a major concern of every family,which is related to the health and development of young children and the future of the country.In 2014,the nearby enrollment policy has been rolled out to safeguard students’ basic rights and ensure the principle of fairness in education.In 2021,the Two Sessions specifically mentioned that "education should be regarded as a priority factor in the new pattern of development".Adhere to the strategy of giving top priority to the development of education,we need to steadily promote equity in education,which is of great significance to maintaining social equity.Based on the relevant research on enrollment policies and balanced education resources at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the nearby enrollment policy in Binhai New Area,explores the background and significance of the policy,and studies the implementation status of the nearby enrollment policy by using questionnaires and individual interviews,including parents’ understanding of the policy,their satisfaction with the current implementation of the policy,and the unfairness found by parents in the implementation of the policy.On the basis of full investigation and investigation,this paper starts from the perspective of educational equity to find out some unfair problems in the implementation of policies and the causes of these problems.In order to solve these problems and draw lessons from some advanced experiences of foreign countries,this paper puts forward some countermeasures,such as accelerating the construction and balance of high-quality education resources,optimizing the layout of schools in the region,in order to provide some references for the local education administrative departments.
