Research On The Construction Of Smart Urban Management In Jinghe New City Of Xixian New Area

With the acceleration of urbanization,urban management is facing problems in development,innovation,and improvement.The rapid development of information technology has put forward new requirements for achieving optimal resource allocation.At present,most of the research on the smart urban management industry in foreign countries mainly focuses on smart cities,and its research system is relatively sound.However,domestic researchers mainly focus on smart urban management,mainly exploring the joint collaboration of smart cities and their management,and have achieved significant research results in smart urban management.Jinghe New City of Xixian New Area,as one of the five major clusters of the national level new area-Xixian New Area,was established in July 2011 with a planned area of approximately 133 square kilometers and is located directly north of Xi’an.At present,the construction of smart urban management is an effective way to improve the level of urban management.By increasing its construction and reform efforts,it can continuously improve the urban management mechanism,improve the efficiency of urban management,and create a new urban landscape.Due to the shortcomings in the smart urban management construction process in Jinghe New City of Xixian New Area,the author mainly focuses on existing research results,summarizes relevant literature and materials,takes Jinghe New City of Xixian New Area as an example,and through research methods such as literature research and on-site investigation,and takes basic theories such as digital governance and urban informatization as the entry point to organize the basic situation of smart urban management construction in this region at present,Analyze the existing problems and their causes,and propose corresponding measures for the construction of smart urban management in Jinghe New City of Xixian New Area,from aspects such as improving the smart urban management system,accelerating infrastructure construction with high cost investment,enhancing the technical strength of smart urban management,strengthening talents introduction and training,and expanding personalized services based on people.We hope to promote the development of smart urban management construction in the region,further enhance its management capabilities and effectiveness.
