other hand,the social responsibility brought by accompanying children and accompanying elderly people is gradually increasing,and under the action of these two forces will lead to the differentiation of new relative poor groups among the floating population.Therefore,the study of the aging and trend of the floating population,the development dilemma faced by the floating population,the floating population in the urban Multi-Dimensional poverty and governance mechanism,is helpful to grasp the structure and demand of population flow,and then formulate the appropriate management system,do a good job in the interface between population mobility and development,tap the potential of labor supply,Boost social and economic development.Doing this well is undoubtedly of great practical and the experience of aging age structure and Multi-Dimensional poverty of floating population,mainly based on the relevant data of population flow,the age structure,poverty characteristics and so on,and calculate the related poverty index of floating population,This paper further describes the multidimensional poverty faced by the floating population,and the fifth chapter is the empirical measurement research and the exploration of poverty governance mechanism,mainly based on CHIP2013 data,in the context of age structure aging,to find the Multi-Dimensional poverty factor of floating population,using Logit method to explore the impact of mobile family survival and development situation,and explain the empirical results;The sixth chapter is the main conclusions and policy recommendations,mainly combined with the previous theoretical analysis and empirical research results,summed up the relevant conclusions drawn from this article,put forward reasonable policy recommendations.Through theoretical analysis and empirical research,it is found that: first,the floating population is mainly composed of the working age population,the aging of the floating population age structure has become a trend,and the aging rate is gradually accelerating;second,the majority of the floating population is out of absolute poverty,the income is mostly higher than the urban "low-security line" standard;The effect of educational indicators on the poverty of floating population is very important,and the other is that there is a clear inverted u relationship between the income and age of floating population,and the increase of floating population income can reduce the occurrence of Multi-Dimensional poverty,human capital dimension,social capital dimension poverty,the assets,education,age of floating population,Factors such as health have a significant impact on income poverty.The poverty of the floating population is a kind of poverty in the flow,and it is also a kind of process poverty.It is the phenomenon that the poverty in the process of urbanization of the population is transferred from rural to urban.The multi-dimensional poverty of the floating population begins with the relative lack of income and the increasing burden,and then,in the state of relative lack of material capital,it is difficult to accumulate in the dimensions of
