A Study On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Student Financial Aid In J Higher Vocational Colleges

Higher education is an important part of our education system,and student financing in universities plays a very important role in the long-term development of higher education.With China’s higher education gradually experiencing the national policy of "free-integrated-charging",Chinese colleges and universities have gradually formed an organic multiple funding system of "award,loan,diligence,assistance,supplement and deduction" and green channel.In recent years,the number of higher vocational colleges and the number of students has increased year by year,and the proportion of higher vocational colleges in higher education is getting heavier and heavier,and the proportion and degree of difficulty of students from poor families in higher vocational colleges is far higher than that of ordinary undergraduate colleges.Therefore,the student financial support work in higher vocational colleges has become an urgent problem to be solved in various work of colleges and universities.Taking J higher vocational College as an example and combining with the actual characteristics of students from poor families in higher vocational colleges,this paper investigates and studies the current situation of the student financial assistance work in J School by using the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey and interview.Through the analysis of the questionnaire data and interview records,it finds the existing problems in the process of the financial assistance work,analyzes the attribution of the existing problems and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.This paper first expounds the research background,significance,content,methods and domestic and foreign research trends of the student financial aid work in higher vocational colleges,defines the core concepts and elaborates the relevant theoretical basis,and then integrates and analyzes the current situation of the student financial aid work in J School.The research finds that there are four problems in the student financial aid work:(1)There is deviation in the accuracy of funding identification;(2)Students’ sense of honesty and self-reliance is weak;(3)The number of work-study students is less;(4)The effect of national student loans,especially campus student loans,is weak.The reasons for the occurrence are analyzed based on the existing problems:(1)the funding identification process needs to be optimized;(2)the educational function of the funding work is not strong;(3)The number of work-study jobs is short and the matching degree is not high;(4)Banks,schools and students have different perceptions of national student loans.Based on the analysis of the problems and causes and the actual situation of the financial aid work,the paper puts forward the strategies to improve and optimize the student financial aid work in higher vocational colleges:(1)to build a scientific and reasonable student financial object recognition mechanism;(2)Strengthen the education function of student financial aid;(3)Actively expand work-study positions to improve job matching degree;(4)Strengthen the publicity of national student loan to play its role in education.
