With the development of social and economic level, rural governance has been concerned and valued by the state and all sectors of society. As the policy implementer and service providers of rural governance, the professional adaptability of rural community full-time workers is directly related to the effective promotion of rural governance.Compared with urban community full-time workers, their job responsibilities, service objects and ability requirements are different.Since the implementation of the professional construction of community full-time workers in 2018,the vocational adaptability of rural community full-time workers in Q City has improved, but they also face the problem of mismatch between people and posts in the process of professional construction. This paper takes full-time workers in rural communities as the research object, and on the basis of person-post matching theory, constructs an analysis framework of occupational adaptability, occupational psychological adaptability, interpersonal adaptability and occupational environment adaptability as the main dimensions, and studies the current status of occupational adaptability of full-time workers in rural communities in different career periods.Through the research,it is found that the professional adaptability of full-time workers in rural communities in Q City faces two problems.First, from the perspective of job requirements and personal abilities,There are some problems such as non-standard post management and mismatch between personal expertise, high emotional value requirement and self-adjustment ability, large emotional labor workload and personal communication ability, and stressful system and personal pressure relief ability.Second, from the perspective of job supply and personal needs, there are problems such as mismatch between job incentive feedback and personal development expectations, mismatch between organizational support and personal emotional needs, mismatch between inclusive atmosphere and personal communication needs, and mismatch between social support and self-identification needs.Based on the matching between job requirements and personal ability, job supply and personal demand, there are two policy shortcomings: imperfect formulation of supporting policies and misplacement of policy implementation, inadequate consideration of policy content and alienation of policy implementation. Finally, aiming at the differences of vocational adaptability of full-time workers in rural communities in different career periods, this paper puts forward policy optimization suggestions on improving the vocational adaptability of full-time workers in rural communities from five aspects: team management, incentive care, vocational education, social support and implementation evaluation.
