| In recent years,there has been a trend of "sinking" in online public opinion.To this end,grassroots governments need to pay attention to online public opinion,strengthen the attention,monitoring,collection and feedback of online public opinion in the region,and respond in a timely manner to livelihood issues and hot events related to the vital interests of the people.In this context,this article is based on the new national governance concept of the modernization of the national governance system and governance capabilities,and takes the influence factors of the network public opinion governance of the grassroots government in F City and W District as the research object.Under the existing grassroots political system and mechanism,the crisis management and Guided by the theory of collaborative governance,explore the influencing factors and response strategies of the grassroots government network public opinion governance in F city W district,in order to have a positive meaning for the freedom of network speech and grassroots government stability.The main conclusions of this article are as follows: The grassroots government in W District of F City has made certain achievements in the governance of network public opinion,but there are indeed some shortcomings in the governance of network public opinion.From an empirical analysis,five dimensions of influencing factors,including network public opinion response,government credibility,dynamic response,and network public opinion guidance,all have a significant impact on the governance of network public opinion by the grassroots government in F City and W District.Public opinion response,government credibility,dynamic response,and network public opinion guidance can all affect the governance of network public opinion of the F city and W district government.Among the subdivision variables of influencing factors,the perception of mass service quality is one of the main subdivision variables that affect the governance of the network public opinion of the F city and W district government.In addition,it will respond in time,go deep into the masses to solve the interests and demands of the masses,guide the network public opinion,and control the media.And netizen education,as well as subdivision variables that affect the governance of network public opinion of the F city and W district government.Judging from the investigation of the current situation and existing problems in the governance of the Internet public opinion of the W district government in F city,the problems in the governance of the Internet public opinion of the W district government in F city include the decline in the perceived quality of public services;Insufficient interaction;loose control and education on the media and netizens;and incomplete public opinion response mechanisms.The reasons for these problems include: government network public opinion response is not timely;government network public opinion management lacks standardization;government network public opinion dissemination ability is insufficient;the government has less interaction with Internet users’ media;some people do not recognize the government’s response to network public opinion.In this regard,the optimization measures and strategies of the government of F City W District’s network public opinion governance include measures to improve the collection of public opinion information,establish a multi-center governance pattern of network public opinion,enhance the ability of network public opinion dissemination,and serve the masses.This article explores the applicability and feasibility of crisis management theory and collaborative governance theory in the governance of network public opinion in grassroots government departments,provides theoretical supplements for building a crisis management system,and is also helpful for providing reference for the governance of network public opinion in F city W district government and similar areas.And reference. |
