Research On The Current Situation And Optimization Countermeasures Of Career Choice Of Young Pioneer Discipline Master Students In Colleges And Universities From The Perspective Of Ecological Systems Theory

As a new secondary discipline of independent academic master’s degree,the research on the graduate career choice of the discipline of "Children’s Organization and Ideological Education"(hereinafter referred to as the discipline of Young Pioneers in colleges and universities)has not received sufficient attention.The career choice of graduate students has an important impact on their personal development,and also relates to the construction and development quality of the discipline of children’s organization and ideological education.Therefore,the study on the career choice of the Young Pioneers’ master students will not only help them objectively evaluate their own career choice,promote their vocational skills and career-oriented development,but also provide empirical reference for the optimal construction and sound development of the discipline.From the perspective of ecosystem theory,this study takes 155 postgraduate students in children’s organization and ideological education from more than 30 universities across the country as research objects,mainly adopts literature method,questionnaire survey method and interview method,systematically combs the current situation of graduate students’ career choice,and deeply explores the differences of different population variables in graduate career choice.It is found that the cognition of professional counterpart is diversified,the job recognition of career choice is different,and the job type of career choice tends to be stable.In addition,this paper discusses the influence degree of each factor on the career choice of graduate students,and analyzes the underlying reasons on the basis of summarizing and analyzing the existing problems in the career choice of Young Pioneer master’s students,mainly as follows: The lack of awareness and initiative of some graduate students in career planning and selection,the lack of effective disciplinary employment guidance in colleges and universities,the lack of necessary training of teachers leading to insufficient career guidance,and the lack of policy cohesion and linkage between national government departments and employment units on talent training and employment;Finally,corresponding optimization countermeasures are proposed based on the discipline construction of the Young Pioneers,including individuals actively improving the preparation behavior related to career choice,training units strengthening the support of discipline construction and empowering related programs for discipline optimization,and the state providing systematic career choice and employment policies and measures.
